Four-wheeler

A regular passenger car or pickup — anything that isn't a big truck.

A 'four-wheeler' is any standard passenger vehicle, as opposed to an 18-wheeler. It's often used with a sigh — four-wheelers cutting in front of a heavy load that can't stop quickly are a top safety worry for drivers and escorts alike.
